You are solely responsible for your User Content. You represent that you have all necessary rights to submit your User Content and that it does not infringe any third-party rights or violate any laws.

We reserve the right to remove any User Content that violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable, at our sole discretion.

All content, features, functionality, software, and branding of our Service (excluding User Content) are owned by cvburgess LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Service without our written permission.

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your payment method will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the then-current subscription price.

By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to the applicable payment processor's Terms of Service and authorize the charges to your payment method.

Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple in accordance with their refund policies. Contact Apple Support to request a refund for App Store purchases.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, cvburgess LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF PROFITS, OR DAMAGES RESULTING FROM RELIANCE ON AI-GENERATED CONTENT.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless cvburgess LLC and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, and suppliers from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:

Before filing any formal legal claim, you agree to contact us at support@magicmealkit.com to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. We will attempt to resolve the dispute within 30 days.
